Hark, the uproar of a multitude of peoples! They roar and thunder like the noise of the seas! Ah, the roar of nations! They roar like the roaring of rushing and mighty waters!
Gospel Of Luke .21:25 — And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;
Sometimes the roaring of the seas seemed to be the actual ocean and other times it was clearly a metaphor for the multitude of peoples of the nations. Somehow these concepts were intertwined. Corey recalled the dire predictions of seas rising from the melting ice of the world, and added to that the huge destruction from mega – tsunami’s like the one in the Indian Ocean, and off the coast of Japan. Either way these prophetic words were the signs that preceded the return of the Messiah.
Corey suddenly felt seasick.
